STRENGTH ANALYSES - STRUCTURE MECHANICS, STRUCTURE DYNAMICS, DAMAGE CALCULATION
Strength calculations in your components are accomplished with the application of Finite Element methods (FEM), the multi-body dynamics simulation as well as damage calculation for both durability and fatigue life range are carried out.
In the application of structural mechanics both linear and nonlinear analyses are accomplished at room and increased temperature (inelastic, cyclic deformation calculation); in structural dynamics both linear and nonlinear analyses are carried out. Our experience is available in the program systems ANSYS, ABAQUS, NASTRAN, SIMPACK and FEMFAT.
MULTI BODY SIMULATION (MBS)
Description from complex drive systems to the solution of vibration problem definitions also including flexible structures and elastic fluid dynamics in slide bearing pairs.
Achieved experiences are present in the program systems SIMPACK as well as TOWER, FIRST, PIMO3D and COMO3D.
Description of high-grade nonlinear problem definitions within the range of (process-) simulation of material removal processes, precision forging, sheet-metal forming (deep drawing and stamping) and rolling processes. Achieved experiences are present in the application of the program system DYNA3D.
PROCESS AND HEAT TRANSPORT ANALYSIS
Analyses of pure thermal conduction problems and heat transport by convection. Solution of coupled transport problems (conduction and convection or stresses caused by the heat) as well as solidification simulation of casting processes with computation of the residual stress development. Experience exists in the application of the program system DYNA3D.
FEM MESHING AND MODELL CONVERSION
Efficient mesh generation and model conversion of simple and complex structures on the basis of I-DEAS, CATIA, or SolidWORKS CAD geometry. In the conversion of model the program system FEMAP V9.0 is used among others.
